sloppy work  - dishonesty  - ignoring GM specs  -  attempted Fraud

Why this site exists:

This site exists because of the conduct of Wilson Niblett Motors Ltd, et al, at 10675 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, Ontario as described throughout this site and supported by exhibits on the Download Page and the Photos Page.

If a dealer insists on ripping off people with GM Tier I / II supply chain experience, what do you think they are doing to everyone else?  As a GM supplier, I was held to ISO9001/ TS16949 standards and a PPM defect rates under 2 PPM, yet a dishonest / sloppy GM Dealer can:

- over torque wheel nuts until they snap off when you try to remove a wheel!
- blame the customer for snapped wheel studs above!
- ignore GM specs and GM Techlink documents!
- use tools and methods no longer endorsed by GM!
- perform an unnecessary oil change and damage the oil plug at the same time!
- mislead customers with unnecessary 'repairs' costing hundreds of dollars!
- blackball customers when an attempted fraud is discovered!
- refuse to provide service to under-warranty vehicles!
- make misleading comments on invoices jeopardizing warranty coverage!
- complain when you fill out the GM Canada Satisfaction Survey accurately!
- refuse to address factual disclosure in a completed survey!

In the Past.....

Car Dealers used to cheat venerable customers like women, retirees, immigrants, the infirm, etc,  with a tiny bit of ethics left for customers they can't rob.  But now with cars more complicated then ever, they all feel they can rob any customer with any lie they can. After all, how many customers have $3,000 scan tools while GM and all other car makers keep most OBDII system codes a secret?   That's "progress" today:  every  customer is a 'mark' !!

Auto Repair:

There are many things that can go wrong with your vehicle and keep you from being safe on the road. But it's no excuse to get ripped off!! Whether you just need your brake pads replaced or a complete engine overhaul every repair is a ripoff gold mine!!  Sure your car will run, but at what inflated price??

Regular Maintenance:
Getting regular tune-ups for your vehicle is important to keeping it in good condition. But there's more to it than the basic lube, oil, and filter. You also need to stay on top of your tire rotation, fluid replacement, brakes, transmission, and a whole list of other items.   But where can you go without a ripoff??
